Opens at launch, free and with no signup. Each area is checked against public records and gets a plain result: flagged, nothing flagged in the public records we checked, couldn't check, or not covered here. Each result carries a certainty label.
The full report
The full report shows the evidence behind every finding and the record it came from, the county offices to call with their numbers, and likely buyers for when you sell. Your first one is free with an account.
Your call list
Some answers aren't in any online record. Those are marked Needs a call, and the report gives you the exact county office to ring, with the number and what to ask.

A real person follows up after your first report to hear how the deal went. What you tell us shapes which checks and counties we work on next.
